For damaged merchandise, please email a photo. Domestic/US Customers: Returns can be made within 10 days of product delivery; within 10 days for exchanges.

Non-Return or Non-Refundable items are jewelry, accessories, promotional and clearance items. They are all final sale!

Worn shoes can not be exchanged or return.
